A Rare Complication Post-Hysterectomy for Fibroids: a Case Report and Literature Review of Pulmonary Benign Metastasising Leiomyoma

Benign metastasising leiomyoma is a rare complication of common gynaecological condition, often requiring multidisciplinary team input. No guidelines exist for its management.
